Fields of practice
Ergo´s main practice relates to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing issues, and merger control, etc. Ergo also advises clients in the fields of commercial and contract law.

Professional experience
During his studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu, Ergo worked as an assistant to the Chair of Civil Law in the Faculty of Law and he has also practiced as an intern in the Law Firm Hannes Snellmann in Helsinki.

Between 1997-2004, Ergo worked at the law firm Lepik & Luhaäär in Tallinn, in the field of commercial law and since 2004 he has practiced law at Tamme & Otsmann.

Education
Ergo graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu in 2000.

Languages
Ergo is fluent in Estonian and English and is also able to communicate with clients in Russian and Finnish.

Hobbies
Football and travelling.
